Steel Wheel Brewery

Rooted Here. Made to Gather…
Before there was a brewery, there was a piece of land, a passion for craft,
and an idea of creating something that could bring people together.

It Started With the Land…
Steel Wheel’s story began in 2005, when Harold Kuret and Cindy Blair purchased 14 acres at 105 Powerline Road with a vision rooted in agriculture, craftsmanship, and community.

A decade later, they planted their first hops and began perfecting small-batch recipes using locally grown ingredients. What started as a passion for growing and brewing would eventually become something much bigger.

In June 2018, that vision became Steel Wheel Brewery—Brant County’s first craft brewery.
