Haliburton Highlands Brewing is an award winning micro-brewery producing handcrafted, premium ales as fresh and natural as the Highlands that inspire them! Incorporating local ingredients and operating with sustainable practices are at the heart of Haliburton Highlands Brewing.

Our story began with a dream, a set of deeply held values, and a whole lot of dedication.

Our desire to create a sustainable addition and tasty tribute to these beautiful Highlands finally was begun with the opening of Haliburton Highlands Brewing in 2014.

We have grown and developed, relocated and started again to create a community space to share our love of local artists, producers and musicians with the greater Haliburton community.
