Our Story
It all started with a chef and a brewmaster — husband and wife, Tara and Dave Lee — along with 3 other partners (Dave Watson, Peter Moscone and Adam Stiles) who shared a love for flavour, hospitality, and doing things the right way. In 2017, they opened Eastbound Brewing Co with a simple idea: make great beer and serve it with great food, no compromises.
In 2024, that idea evolved into Eastbound Cantina — a full Tex-Mex kitchen inside the brewpub. Think tacos, queso, escabeche, and big pitchers of Ranch Water alongside our award-winning beers. Inspired by the bold flavours of the border and built for laid-back good times, the Cantina brought a new energy to Eastbound, while keeping the community spirit that made us who we are.

We brew all of our beer on-site, steps away from your table. From citrusy IPAs to crisp lagers and easy-drinking classics, every batch is made with intention. You’ll often find seasonal releases, one-off collabs, and test batches on tap — brewed fresh and best enjoyed here.
