Burdock Brewery

We’re a small Toronto brewery on a mission to make delicious beers, from easy-drinking classics like our Helles Lager and our Pilsner, to beer-wine hybrids like our annual BUMO, to dry-hopped fruited sours like Cherry B and NULA, and plenty in between.
