Driving Change for Craft Spirits in Ontario Since 2012 Craft Spirits Ontario, formerly the Ontario Craft Distillers Association (OCDA) was formed in 2012 when the first few distillers were set to open in Ontario. Since the prohibition ended, there has been constant challenges for craft distillers in Ontario because of rules and regulations.
